Recording home-made videos to mpeg

Dell Inspiron 8000I reactivated my old Dell Inspiron 8000 today and installed Windows XP, connected my Hauppauge WinTV USB2 TV-Card to it and use Hauppauge SoftPVR to record my home-made videos from my Sony camcorder to mpeg files. :-)
