WordPress update

Today, I installed the brand new version 2.3.1 of WordPress on this blog. I had a little problem with the theme “Fresh” by Bartleme. You have to replace the Blogroll-Section in the bottom.php as described in this guide.

Recording home-made videos to mpeg

I reactivated my old Dell Inspiron 8000 today and installed Windows XP, connected my Hauppauge WinTV USB2 TV-Card to it and use Hauppauge SoftPVR to record my home-made videos from my Sony camcorder to mpeg files. :-)
